Getting Better Sleep in Richfield

August 26th, 2010 by acument751

too much sleep trouble Why are there so many desperate Richfield folks who cannot sleep?

Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Richfield people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Brecksville insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many Brunswick people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.

If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among Richfield adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.

Melotrex, Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://www.bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural Melotrex, Reposanex or 7Hour Slumber.

Richfield Night Owls

July 9th, 2010 by acument751

Richfield Sleep Apnea Hello Richfield Night Owls,

Life in Brunswick, like other places in Ohio and around the country, is relentlessly fast-paced. In the course of a day, each of us makes thousands of quick decisions. Many of these are trivial: ‘Boxers or briefs?’, ‘White or wheat?’, ‘Paper or plastic?’, or ‘Call or text?’. However, some split-second judgments have significant consequences; ‘I just blew a tire, is my right lane clear to pull over?!’

If your brain is foggy because of sleeping insomnia, it is impossible to respond with peak mental capacities. The amygdala is the region of the brain that signals the body when there is a threat. If you miss just one night of sleep, the amygdala ceases to function normally. An impaired amygdala causes problems in other areas of the brain as well. Reasoning, speech and hand-eye coordination slow down. In fact, a drowsy Richfield driver can be as dangerous as a tipsy Richfield driver.

My name is Martin Fairchild. Like many fellow Brecksville yawners, I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. My Brecksville friends who have trouble sleeping use phrases like ‘feet in quicksand’, ‘brain fog’ and ‘tapped-out’ to describe how sleepless nights make them feel. (‘Wilted’ is one of my favorites.)

If you are a Brunswick night owl who has tried unsuccessfully to beat insomnia, you might be interested in two all-natural insomnia aids; Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. These products are carefully formulated to help Brunswick insomniacs fall asleep and stay asleep. They are safe and effective for short or long-term insomnia. Be sure you don’t let 76 sleepless nights progress into chronic insomnia.

You don’t need to be able to spell ‘Dark salmon amygdala’ to understand how important sleep is to our brains. Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber can help your brain get the recharging sleep it desperately needs.

Insomnia in Can Be Deadly in Brunswick

May 20th, 2010 by acument751

Trouble Sleeping? “It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”

Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.

I am Martin Fairchild of the unofficial Bath insomnia club. I want to tell you about Melotrex and Reposanex. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.

Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than caring, it is a serious health condition that affects many Richfield adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial Richfield insomnia club, you should consider taking action with Melotrex and Reposanex. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.

Lack of sleep is not only harmful to Brunswick sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy Bath commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Brecksville workplaces.

The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare Melotrex and Reposanex, the natural insomnia remedies.

Asleep at the Wheel?

April 29th, 2010 by acument751

Insomnia Club” align=”right” /> Hello, it’s me, Martin Fairchild again, your Brecksville insomnia club blogger.

As I was driving home from my Brecksville office the other day in my SUV, I started thinking about all the cool auto accessories I have added. I upgraded the stereo and now it sounds far better than my Dark salmon iPod. I bought an expensive massaging seat cushion that provides both lumbar support and magic fingers. I even installed a DVD player so I can watch Avatar on my commute. Just kidding, it’s for my daughters to watch Twilight. Again.

Then it dawned on me. My car is more comfortable than my bedroom! In fact, it is a whole lot more cushy than any room in my Richfield house. Why do I invest more in my ride than in my sleeping environment? I spend more time in bed than in my car, even when the Brunswick traffic has slowed to a crawl.

I decided to find out if bedroom upgrades could work as well for quality sleep as Melotrex and Reposanex, my absolutely favorite herbal sleep remedies. (Order at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.) I discovered that there are just as many Bath sleep aids as car accessories.

First, I bought a Bath memory foam mattress. Incredible! Then I bought allergen-free 800 thread count bed sheets that make me feel like Hugh Hefner. Next, I went crazy with pillows–an oxygen pillow, a lavender pillow, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I topped off my shopping spree with spa-quality lavender spray. Yum.

My bedroom is decked out like a pricey Brunswick sleep friendly hotel room. Just like Melotrex and Reposanex, my new sleep aids have no side effects. Unless, of course, you consider the fact that I sometimes sleep through my alarm. The only thing that works better than my oxygen pillow coupled with Melotrex to put me to sleep is watching Twilight while cruising down the interstate.

Help Me Sleep in Richfield!

April 8th, 2010 by acument751

sleep solutions Hello readers. I am Martin Fairchild, a sleep blogger in Richfield. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing Ohio sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy Brunswick paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.

This is sobering news for Richfield nurses and Bath truckers; in fact all Brunswick shift workers.

I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural Melotrex to help me sleep soundly all through the night. Melotrex is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out Melotrex at dreamingsleep.mynaturalsleepaids.com today for better sleep tomorrow.

Melotrex for Brunswick Sleep Deprivation

February 26th, 2010 by acument751

cannot fall asleep Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Martin Fairchild, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in Richfield. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Bath.

Let’s imagine the local Brunswick advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Richfield colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.

A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Brecksville high school for some very serious offenses.

Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.

I plan to try Melotrex to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.

Melotrex is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. Melotrex is sold through http://www.bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber, two similar herbal sleep remedies.

See ya later

Sleepless Nights in Richfield?

February 19th, 2010 by acument751

Sleepless Nights in Richfield? Welcome to Martin’s Brunswick sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Richfield sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use Melotrex and see what happens. I ordered Melotrex on http://www.bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Richfield house to pick it up at a Brunswick drugstore. Melotrex is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Brecksville insomniacs and Brecksville holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Richfield sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Brunswick insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps Melotrex will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Melotrex for Jet Lag in Richfield

February 11th, 2010 by acument751

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Martin here again sharing sleep news for Richfield insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Richfield for several months now. So far, I have tried Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Melotrex.

Melotrex works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Brunswick on business next week, I will definitely need Melotrex. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Melotrex, Reposanex, , and 7Hour Slumber, see Richard’s Goleta Sleep Treatment Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Brecksville and Richfield folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Brunswick area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Richfield

February 3rd, 2010 by acument751

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Richfield Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at Melotrex, we want to make sure our Richfield insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.

Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many Richfield and Brecksville people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.

If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.

Many Brunswick people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age Brunswick men but is also found among all age groups in Richfield and Brecksville. Richfield teens and Brunswick children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.

Melotrex is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, Melotrex is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, Melotrex can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for Melotrex ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.

Sleep Sound in Richfield

January 28th, 2010 by acument751

Herbal Sleep in Richfield Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Martin Fairchild. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Dark salmon down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!

Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as Melotrex or Reposanex, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.

First, I rid my Richfield bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my SUV or the ten page application for my daughter to attend Kenyon College. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.

Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.

Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice Richfield neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.

If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Reposanex, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in Brunswick. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 62. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.
